The town centre has plenty of well-known high street shops, a cinema and an abundance of cafes, restaurants and bars. The level seafront stretches for three miles taking in the town centre and along to the vibrant harbour. An area near the harbour called Brewers Quay is great for people watching and stepping back in time to the 14th century in the Timewalk Museum.

The townhouse (no 26), formerly the show home, enjoys a private riverside terrace whilst the apartments offer a balcony, a large window seat or fabulous windows from which to enjoy the wonderful views. The scenic harbour and estuary of Salcombe with its miles of sheltered water is within a pleasant four mile drive.

Above and to the rear is a slate paved terrace with wrought iron handrail, a perfect spot for sunbathing, barbeques etc. At the back of the terrace there is a delightful thatched summerhouse and gas barbeque. The gardens back onto fields and are well established with lawned areas, shrubs, trees and plants. The pretty front garden, enclosed by stone walls, is partly cobbled and partly stone paved.

Shoreside is a new development on the banks of the River Teign in Shaldon, one of Devon’s most scenic villages. These properties have been built to a high specification so as to blend in with the local architecture. The riverside location makes this a superb place to enjoy a holiday.
